                                               BASIC PORTAL INSTRUCTIONS

The first time you log on, you will need to update your password. You will be asked at that time to update your contact information, delegations, and notification settings.

Once your portal is set up, you will see your dashboard. From here, you can see at a glance what is happening with your cases and jobs.

To schedule a job, you have two choices: Rapid Job Request and Schedule a Job.

With a Rapid Job Request, all you need to fill in is the date, time, and taking attorney. Then you would need to upload a notice or some other document that contains the rest of the information needed, i.e., location, length of job, services required, et cetera.

With Schedule a Job, you will be asked to provide more information. Anything with an asterisk beside it is required. You can also add documents necessary to the job. It is ALWAYS helpful to have a notice or some document with a caption on it when scheduling a job.
